Rachael Naylor is a well-known voice actor, multi-award-winning entrepreneur, international speaker, Editor of The Buzz Magazine, director and producer at Elements Demos, and founder and CEO of The VoiceOver Network, the first international community of voiceover professionals helping to raise standards and unite VOs around the world. She is also known for sharing her marketing insights to help others grow their businesses.

She is a voice actor and entrepreneur who got into voice-overs through acting. When she started, there was no network for voice actors. Nor was there any place to find credible information, specific training, or even kindred practitioners.

Racheal’s vision is to create a safe space to provide resources, events, and support to voiceover artists of all levels, aiming to enhance their skills and strengthen the industry. It is thriving and recognized globally as the standard for It offers networking opportunities, workshops, webinars, and a quarterly magazine.
