What’s your relationship with anger? Are you ok expressing it? Are you ok being around someone who is angry?

On today’s episode Steph & Craig are taking anger head on and discussing everything related to the difficult emotion.

They reflect on their childhood experiences with anger and self-harm, and how those experiences shaped their understanding of anger.

They also talk about what’s really going on when you get angry and whether or not it’s a valid emotion or simply covering up deeper emotions you may be unable to express or feel.

Steph discusses how important setting boundaries are for her when it comes to anger, especially within the scope of their relationship.

The conversation goes on to highlight the need for safety and communication around anger and the importance of self-regulation and self-care as it relates to anger.

It’s an important conversation about a difficult emotion that is often misunderstood.
