In Episode #4 Sandra explores our concept of time. What is our relationship to time? What is our relationship to the past, to the future, and to this present moment? Are you accepting it? Are you welcoming it? Do you see it as a gift? Do you see it as better or more important than any other moment? Are you honoring it? Are you blaming it? Sandra helps us see that our memories of the past and our imaginings of the future are only thoughts. If we are pain about our present not being what our past was… then that is a choice we are making right now. It’s an illusion to believe that the past has a power in our lives except for the power we choose to give it. And the more attached we are to the future outcomes the more likely we are to block the beautiful possibilities in this moment. Every moment is a precious opportunity. Let’s say Yes… And to every moment! Let’s make the choice to embrace the magic of this present moment!
