Welcome to "A Sprinkle of Sunshine - Your Daily Dose of Joy."
Another of my favourite things to do is to have a little sniff of beautiful flowers or bushes when I walk past them. I notice when there is a wonderful smell in the air and make sure that I take in a big nose full of that beautiful smell.
Give this a go, be in the moment and smell that flower, whether you are walking in the countryside or just down the pavement, go for it!!
