I forget how delicate dating can be when you've never done it before, much less been allowed to do it. Raised in the Bible Belt, my guest Shekima spent a huge part of her life waiting for the One because that is what she was taught. Suppressing feelings, never being able to enjoy a crush or even wear pants she waited and waited and waited.

I don't want to spoil it for you because there is a ton of truth, vulnerability and badass growth in this episode! My only regret is stopping the recording too soon with Shekima!
