In addition to her role in education, Lauren is a dedicated fitness instructor with expertise in both yoga and Pilates. She is also the visionary founder and director of 'Cooking as a First Language,' a prominent nonprofit organization located in Tupelo.
Lauren's mission through 'Cooking as a First Language' is to foster and strengthen community bonds through the universal language of food. Her work exemplifies a heartfelt dedication to enhancing the lives of those in her community. I am excited to delve into her inspiring journey and the impact she has made through her organization.
