Shalon Howard and Jordan Howard have been investors in real estate for 20 years and are now full-time real estate investors. Shalon has been a licensed real estate agent for 18 years and recently opened her own brokerage called True North Realty. They have four kids together and have found success with owner-financing in mobile home parks and self-storage units.
