Shit Just Got Real is back!
We appreciate all of the continued support thus far. For those who reached out about where we were, it meant the world. This podcast is a home for us to express our thoughts, feelings and experiences and I guess you could say we were going through a bit of a quarter life crisis?
Yea..we will talk about that. This week's episode dives into the period of uncertainty, questioning, and intense soul searching during your mid-20s to early 30s. Often, people experience this uncertainty because they feel trapped, uninspired and disillusioned. We talk about our journey of acceptance, patience and reconnecting with ourselves. The biggest conclusion wee came to was that all signs were screaming at us to get back on this pod!
This episode is a little bit of everything.; life, success, failure, holding ourselves accountable, communication, vulnerability, what we've been up to while we were gone..
