This is why habits are so powerful in shaping our lives. When we form good habits, we can create positive, lasting changes in our lives without much effort. On the other hand, when we form bad habits, they can be difficult to break and can hold us back from reaching our goals.

By being intentional about the habits we form, we can use their power to create positive change in our lives.
