After eight years in business, I’ve learned a lot – and not just the shiny, highlight-reel stuff. This year, I made some big changes that challenged me, freed me up for priorities in my personal life, and helped my business feel sustainable again. In this episode, I’m sharing the 10 lessons I’ve learned over the past 8 years, and advice for making your business work for you and not the other way around.

This isn’t your typical “end-of-year recap.” I’m sharing the unfiltered behind-the-scenes of how my business changed in 2024, what (both personally and professionally) led me to make those changes, and how I worked through all the emotions that came up along the way (unsurprisingly, there were many).
You’ll hear what it’s been like to scale back a million-dollar business, prioritize my family, and stop making decisions based on what others might think. I hope it inspires you to reflect on what you really need in this season of your life – and to feel empowered to make changes that work for you.

You Will Learn:

  • How I adapted my business to fit my life as a mom of teenagers with a full plate.
  • Why letting go and trusting the process (while cliché!) are some of the most helpful pieces of business advice out there.
  • What pricing for demand looks like in action – and how it helped me fill my roster faster than ever.
  • How focusing on profits and quality of life, not just growth for the sake of growth, changed the way I make decisions.
  • What my "no more working for free era" has actually looked like, and why it might be something you need to consider for yourself.

If you’re looking for an honest take on running a business long-term, or if you’re ready to rethink how your business is structured so it better supports you, this episode is packed with lessons you can use. Tune in now to hear the 10 biggest things I’ve learned in 8 years of business – and see how they might apply to you!
