Katie and Bridget both take different colored pills as they re-watch the 90's hit: The Matrix! It's a movie all about how real life has been taken over by evil AI and we're all living in pods with fake projections of what our life really is - We swear this is fiction! Come along as we meet Neo, our own personal Jesus Christ who IS the one. He gets brought out of the Matrix by his one true love Morpheus, a guy with just the coolest shades you've ever seen. Neo learns that real life outside of the Matrix is totally better than being in the Matrix because you have to hide for your life from murderous machines, you get to wear Oliver Twist-esq clothing, and everyone's depressed! ...Okay maybe coming out of the Matrix isn't that great, but you do get to learn kung fu and even how to fly! Neo along with Morpheus, Trinity (his "love" interest), and others set out to try and defeat the Matrix and it's own McAfee virus software - Mr. Smith. Will Neo be able to resurrect himself AND bend a spoon? Is Ralph Cifaretto the most obvious bad guy ever in this!? Released in 1999, it was written and directed by the Wachowskis: Lana and Lilly.
