The Carling Black Label Knockout Cup has officially reached the business end of the competition with four teams remaining; Richards Bay takes on Stellenbosch FC and AmaZulu faces TS Galaxy. None of the so-called 'big teams' are present in the sem-finals which poses the question 'Do big teams and small teams still exist?'
The South African footballing fraternity, The PSl, AmaZulu, and the Nutli family suffered a tragic loss this week, with AmaZulu striker Bongi Ntuli passing away. The passing of the 32-year-old came as a shock to all. A highly talented footballer who was respected on and off the pitch; may his soul rest in peace.
On the latest episode of the Fan Reaction Show, Mzansi questions whether or not big teams still exist in South African Football with Kaizer Chiefs, Mamelodi Sundowns, and Orlando Pirates all exiting the Carling Black Label Knockout Cup.
