Do you ever feel conflicted… even when you’re doing exactly what you want to be doing? You may feel anxious or withdrawn at a long-anticipated social event, or feel lonely while enjoying a planned night in with hot cocoa and Netflix. It can feel as though part of you is craving one thing, while another part of you is simultaneously yearning for the opposite!
At times like these, you are experiencing push-pull energy.
What is push-pull energy? It’s when two opposing and authentic energies are present inside of us at the same time. As each energy is drawing us in a different (and sometimes completely opposite!) direction, we experience this conflict as an ambivalent push-pull feeling.
