We begin at the beginning with the (8) Limbs of Yoga as spelled out by Swami Satchidananda. I speak a lot in class as the “asana being only 1/8 of this practice .. “ and this is why.
I look at the (8) Limbs as being something like a tool kit that I can pull from whenever I need an awakening. No two days are ever the same, no two situations are the same, and we are evolving beings. Therefore … we will need varying degrees of “yoga” depending on the day. Take a listen to learn more!
