babes, the IRONY of this soul session is my inner critic is telling me it is not good enough to share. that i should record it again (and the illusion is that I wouldn't find fault with that version, as well).

so in SHARING this transmission i am also embodying it, which, I think, is rather delicious and beautiful. from the deepest part of my soul, i want to remind you that your worth does not come from your ability to meet a perfectionistic standard.

do not define yourself by all you COULD HAVE said, it minimizes the generosity and power of all you did say.

do not define yourself by all the edits you COULD have made to your creation, it erases the wholeness of all you did create.

i am on this journey with you, towards overcoming perfectionism, towards GENUINELY embodying and believing that we are endlessly worthy of all kinds of creation, towards unlearning perfectionistic standards learned in childhood.
