Liz Wanless is an Assistant Professor of Sports Administration and Assistant Director for Analytics at Ohio University, where she’s involved in various sports business analytics projects - of which some with sports organizations as e.g. in football or basketball. In this episode of the podcast, we discussed her recent work in the area of Natural Language Processing (NLP) as it is used e.g. in chatbots.
