Sure, the business potential of podcasting is incredible. The industry in expected to grow from $25 billion to over $100 billion by 2030.
But that's not the only reason or even the best reason to start a podcast. The best reason is because it gives you the opportunity to build a career based on subject matter that you actually care about.
Podcasting is a journey of personal development as much as it is a business.
