Julia shared her journey of starting her own recruitment company, Aligned Recruitment, after going through layoffs in 2023. She discussed the importance of authenticity in sales relationships and the value of being a founder-led sales engine.
Julia also shared insights into her daily routine, spiritual practice, and philosophy on work life balance.
