The Sennichi Department Store fire in Osaka, Japan in 1973 was the most tragic fire since the end of the Second World War. 118 people lost their lives in a nightclub located in the building. The site is now the home of Bic Camera electronics shop and to this very day, people report ghostly sights and sounds. In episode 1 of the podcast, host Kevin O’Shea looks at this tragic moment in Japanese history and the spirits that linger to this very day in the Namba area of Osaka.
