Kendall and Jess discuss book 1 in The Bridge Kingdom series by Danielle L. Jensen: The Bridge Kingdom. Jess was so caught off-guard by that intense introductory scene that she had to read it twice! Kendall was very pleasantly surprised by this book even though she read it blind and had no real expectations. They both agree that this world does not seem like a chill fun time and they'd rather live in a different fictional universe, thank you.
