In this week's episode of T.E.A. with Trasetta, I sit down for a chat with Monique Pettaway for another Sister Spotlight feature.
Monique is an international speaker, certified Personal Development Coach and author of Incarcerated but Free – How to find freedom from your mental prison.
We discuss the upcoming Women of Impact Conference Series event in Tallahassee, FL on August 16th and 17th, where Monique will be sharing on Cultivating a Breakthrough Mindset.
During the interview she shares her story of breaking free from her own "mental" prison that was created when her husband was incarcerated. She was depressed, lost, confused, isolated and broken but through faith became free once again. Now she empowers other to overcome their past issues by challenging their existing belief systems and cultivating new ones.
Monique also shares her advice for anyone desiring to pursue their purpose through entrepreneurship.
