Krampus dates back for hundreds of years. In America, he was only introduced to us, roughly in the beginning of the millennium. Krampus is described as a half man, half goat, who drags naughty children to hell. In this episode, we will discuss Krampus and other villainous creatures as Saint Nicholas’ counterpart, discuss his origin story, and trace back his introduction to America.
