Hey ya’ll hey! Thanks for tuning into Episode 83 of Tellemtiptoldyou—"A Chat with Kristina Hamlett.” In this episode I get to have a conversation with a dear friend and powerful writer: Kristina Hamlett. I met Kristina during a Digital Storytelling workshop at the University of Alabama a few years ago. She’s done a lot in the time since then that is more than inspirational. That’s why I wanted to share her and her most recent project, She Lives Here, with you. Kristina is an author, blogger, and storyteller that facilitates creative non-fiction writing classes at a re-entry non-profit. The Pandemic has required some adjustments and Hamlett is now creating a poetry reading series with Henrico County Public Library to amplify the voices of local poets. To find out more about Kristina Hamlett and her work, you can follow her on Twitter (@StinaHamlett), IG (@KristinaHamlett), and/or Facebook (@KristinaHamlett). Her website is www.kristinahamlett.com. After you tune in, let me know what you think of this episode by leaving me a 5 star review. Take care of each other so we can build together. #tellemtiptoldyou For more on Tellemtiptoldyou (the podcast on Black History, Black Spirituality, and Black Culture, be sure to follow Dr. Tip on Instagram (@tiffanydphd) and Facebook (@tellemtiptoldyou).
