The best marketing has nothing to do with marketing. No, I've not lost the plot, let me explain!
If you're great at what you do then your happy customers will do the best form of marketing for you. They'll tell other people about you. So before you go planning your next SEO and Facebook Ads campaign, go back to basics and make sure you're actually delivering the super service you should be.
Of course, you can make the most of this in your own marketing by publishing reviews, testimonials, and case studies too. But the most important stage is actually doing a great job in the first place. Your customers telling other people how great you are is the best form of marketing you can get.
