One of the most important leadership principles that needs to be learned by all of us is that Jesus isn't in a hurry! He has a plan. He is working His plan. And He wants us to participate in it. However, many of us put unnecessary pressure on our lives to try to do ministry "for" Him instead of "from" Him. Although it's taken some time, Michael Schooley is a pastor who knows first-hand the fulfillment of Jesus working through him.
Michael joins Dale on today's 95Podcast to discuss the journey from being a committed youth pastor to eventually becoming a church planter. Their conversation is so refreshing as they honestly tackle some of the issues facing a pastor in today's culture.
