In this show we’re constantly picking apart the assumptions, stereotypes, and unrealistic or outdated expectations that society places on us - and today we’re getting laser focused on one of the common ones that befalls us as we get into our 40’s - the story that we’re somehow done. That getting off our current path, particularly our career one, and building an altogether new one is somehow not ideal at this age.

Tania amassed a fan following after appearing on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and we discuss why starting something new in your 40’s is actually the best time ever, what holds most people back, and why you have to keep an eye on (and out) for the younger generations.
