Ali Bonar is to the co-founder of Kween and Co, maker of Granola Butter. Ali’s account is one of my favorites on Instagram. In age where keeping it “real” and vulnerable has been diluted on social media, Ali keeps it realer than real in all of her posts. I’ve routinely found myself sending her messages expressing my love and deep, deep gratitude for the stories she shares. She’s allowed

I was so happy when I found out Ali was going to take some time and come on the pod. She shares her journey with food, body image, self-love, self-care and the ever evolving definition of each of those. Ali has managed to parlay her food journey into massive inspiration for her thousands of followers and has even turned one of her “trigger” foods into a thriving business.

This woman inspires the heck out of me. I hope she does the same for you.
