He joins me to talk about his latest middle grade novel, Walkin' the Dog ( released March 12) which is a moving story about a young boy and the life lessons he learns from his four-legged friends and the unexpected paths they lead him on. Chris also shares his own stories of the guidance and lessons he has learned from the loved dogs in his life.
