The NAR (National Association of Realtor) settlement was enacted into law, and Realtors are now working with new rules regarding fees and disclosures. What is not in the news is that in the PNW, Realtors are members of the Northwest MLS, a private MLS that had already adapted to many of the settlement requirements over the last few years.
