Blue White Illustrated has identified several vital positions that Penn State needs to address those positions include defensive tackle, offensive tackle, running back, and wide receiver. Those are the primary positions that T-Frank is pulling from when compiling his top-five list. The list includes two receivers, two linemen and one running back.
