In this week's episode of Mind Over Motherhood, I'm sharing some of the most common signs that you might need meditations for your mood.

In my work with women's mental health in my virtual clinic Eunoia Medical, it is common for women to wonder whether they need to take medications for their mood disorder. It can be hard to know if your symptoms are severe enough or if medication will work for you.

In this episode I share:

  • The most common signs that you might need medication to manage your mood disorder
  • Why this information is helpful when considering medication as part of your treatment plan
  • How medications can make a difference in your mental health management

This episode is intended to provide guidance and encouragement for those who are considering if medication would help their mood.

This episode doesn't replace a mental health assessment by a healthcare professional and isn't intended as medical advice. If you're struggling with your mental health please contact a mental health professional or consider booking a Meet + Greet with Eunoia Medical.

As always, if you loved this episode or found it helpful, please share it with someone who might love it also!
