Charles Christian is a former practising barrister turned independent commentator and journalist who has been writing, reporting and advising on developments in law office technology and online legal services for over 30 years. He was described in one national magazine as “one of the top ten key individuals who act as movers and shakers in the legal IT world today”. Jim Stanley is a co-founder of NEXUM, after a career in the Ministry of Defence Jim was head of IT within a Law firm for four years before moving into the software industry during the early 1990’s where he met his existing colleagues going on to create NEXUM. A former ‘techie’ Jim is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing gaining the institutes highest status ‘Chartered Marketer’ in 2010, he also holds an MBA. In this podcast Charles interviews Jim about NEXUM’s view of the legal industry, some of the challenges and what the future may be.
