Raw-
12 ounces of fresh cranberries
3 peeled oranges (little cuties)
One orange peel section
1 cup of sugar or a little more
Grind up cranberries and oranges with an old fashion grinder and then, add sugar to taste
Cooked-
Put 12 ounces of Cranberries in ⅓ cup of water.
Bring to a boil until the cranberries start to pop or split.
As soon as this happens, Add 1 cup of sugar and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
Mix together and you are ready to go.
