This week we are excited to bring you our interview with head distiller at Balcones Distillery, Jared Himstedt. Jason, Marissa, Misty, and Mike headed to Waco, TX a few weeks ago and were given a tour of the distillery, and had a chance to sit down with Jared for an afternoon and ask him several questions.
We chat about how Jared started in the business, about the distillery itself and their various offerings, about the Texas Whiskey Association and Jared's part in it, and much more!
