Former CBC and BBC Radio Host Mary Ambrose sits down for a conversation with Jeff Rubin, a senior fellow with CIGI’s Global Economy Program, to talk about the Liberal Government's recent pipeline decisions which delighted some and angered others. The most controversial approval is the $6.8-billion Kinder Morgan Trans Mountain project which would add 980 kilometres of new pipeline between Edmonton, AB. and Burnaby, B.C. Importantly, it would open up a route to the Pacific for Alberta’s oilsands.
