Do you ever feel absolutely chaotic or live with shame? Do you look at the people around you and wish you could just be normal?
I lived with shame for many years. I always wondered what was wrong with me. I felt like I had character flaws that were big and selfish. I worked desperately to make myself be like other people. I then found out that not only do I have narcolepsy but I also live with 3 types of ADHD.
Now I can show myself the grace I deserve.
