Director at Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC). He has been involved in undertaking Air pollution monitoring of Delhi since 1993. He developed and commissioned the ‘Real-Time Ambient Air Monitoring Network’ of the Delhi Pollution Control Committee.
