War Child focuses on providing evidence-based interventions to help children recover from trauma, such as art therapy, sports interventions, and music. We talk about the power of music in making people feel better and reconnecting them to their ancestral stories. She also discusses the challenges of ensuring psychological safety for both staff members in the UK and local staff on the ground in conflict zones.
