This week, on The Conscious Consultant Hour, Sam is pleased to welcome Certified EFT Practitioner, Positive Psychology Coach, NLP Master, and Hypnotherapist, Karen J. Stultz.

Karen grew up being a people pleaser, and self-doubter, filled with regret, anxiety, resentment, and who was very unhappy.

For years Karen studied and became certified in most areas of coaching. She learned that coaching, although awesome, didn't work well when someone was in pain, emotional or physical, and felt that there had to be faster ways to feel better.

Being an out of the box kind of person, Karen took parts of everything she learned, and put them into an Awesome Life Success system, and Heart Energy Techniques to feel better both emotionally and physically, and to move forward with Joy.

She calls this system "Heart Energy Techniques," or HET for short. With her Awesome Life Success system, Service, Based-Heart Centered, Solopreneurs eliminate anxiety, guilt, and regret around money, and create a path to achieve and live the lifestyle they want.
