In the span of a few years Genn has already become a sought after DJ within Providence RI with an eclectic blend of house, hip-hop, and genres from all over the globe. We talk about her first rave experience, having her own college radio show, starting a podcast, the economics of being a DJ, the work and practice behind the scenes, why gear envy is stupid, and things you should not ask a DJ while their spinning. But there's another story here, a story about balance. Not allowing yourself to become addicted to the highs and the lows.
