Lucas Ighile is a Creative Director, former Music Producer, friend & previous guest of the podcast. We share a mutual interest for exploring all corners of thought, wonder, space and existence and we discussed some of the burning questions we both have had recently. He is currently preparing for a regular cadence of removing himself from social media, where he will take 2-3 months away from all platforms and he shared the impact over time this practice has given him.

We also talked about the what seems to be increasing craziness of the world and what it could potentially mean about the bigger picture of existence.
