In the last episode we discussed the theory surrounding testing cyclists. This week we build on that discussion and look at ways the underlying theory can be applied to testing cyclists in a practical sense.
We investigate how appropriate testing should be selected and administered and also provide information on how to evaluate the data that these tests provide.
