In this fourth episode of The Dental Amigos, Rob and Paul discuss the importance of classifying an associate correctly, whether as an independent contractor (“1099”) or an employee (“W-2”). Rob explains it is not up to a practice owner to simply decide whether an associate will be considered an independent contractor or not.
