The year is 1998 and wrestling is at its peak popularity. As WWF and WCW go back and forth in the ratings every Monday night, each company looked for whatever edge they could when it came to competition. Be it mocking their opponent, threatening to invade the others show, challenging the other's boss to fight on PPV, any inch in the "battle" would be taken. In the late summer of 1998, WCW found what they thought were an entire foot in the form of The Ultimate Warrior, years since his last run in WWF, and a ready made program with the top heel, Hollywood Hogan. However for WCW the magic of Wrestlemania 6 was long gone and left was just a difficult to manage egotrip.
Twitch.tv's OtherButtons (@BRButtons) and friend Riley join the show to watch the WCW debut of The Ultimate Warrior, the time only Hogan saw Warrior in the mirror, and the highly disappointing Halloween HaVoc 1998 match. We also cover British turns of phrase, the queen, take a stance on cults (totally not related to the queen or royal family), and talk about alternative ways to present pro wrestling
