Performance. Stress. These are two words that don't intuitively go hand in hand. In today's increasingly more millennial westernized-society we tend to avoid stress in favor of feeling good in the moment. We can even assume the mentality that stress is entirely bad. In other words, we demonize cortisol and worship dopamine. But if we want to operate at peak performance, then we have to take a different approach than our Netflix-binging peers.
