There are a lot of ups and downs that come with running a business. There are challenging times, as well as times when everything is smooth sailing. One thing is for sure, business owners need to be flexible. Whether it is embracing the changes in technology or navigating running a business during a pandemic, successful business owners must always look to and invest in the future. All it takes is one really good idea to shift the course of a business.

Alan’s best advice is, “never give up”.
