We've been truly blessed with so many amazing speakers, and our final guest is no exception. Welcome to the show, Michelle Miles!
Michelle is CEO at the 'Sustainable Wedding Alliance', and has made it her mission to integrate Sustainability into the heart of the Wedding industry.
With all their usual expense and excess, you might not typically associate weddings with the Sustainability movement. Perhaps even the opposite. But with nearly 100 wedding consultants signed up to Michelle's alliance, that is all about to change!
So join on us as we learned about Michelle's journey, from entering the Events industry at age 16, to specialising in weddings, and ultimately to founding the Sustainable Wedding Alliance and addressing the environmental impact weddings have.

Founder & CEO of Sustainable Wedding Alliance, Michelle has been working in the events and wedding industry since leaving school at 16. Michelle founded her first company in 2009, an event agency that quickly became focused on working for sustainably led clients, running events and weddings with minimal footprint, aiming to have a positive impact on people and planet. Fast forward to pandemic… and SWA was formed during the ‘quiet’ time forced by pandemic. Michelle lives in rural Berkshire, and is obsessed with natural and growing flowers.
