Shane Mac is a Tech Founder & Entrepreneur with a successful track record tackling some of the biggest problems we face with tech in the 21st century. Shane is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Ephemera, a company developing XMTP and changing the way we communicate using the blockchain and decentralization.
Prior to Shane's current venture he co-founded Squared Away in 2017 to employ military spouses, built one of the first Social CRMs with Gist.com which was sold to BlackBerry for $44 Million Dollars, and sold his company Assist for $50 Million Dollars. Shane's experience has allowed him to develop a unique perspective on leadership, culture, and how we can truly optimize our minds for success.
