​​Lisa Beth Lentini Walker is a seasoned compliance professional and an attorney qualified in New York, New Jersey, DC, and Minnesota. Lisa Beth has worked with leading global organizations to successfully launch, lead, and support compliance programs in an evolving world in which risk management is no longer enough. Along the way, she learned the importance of cultivating strong relationships and the power of great communication to connect people to the organization’s vision.

Lisa Beth’s daily mantra is “People are at the heart of every great story, and stories are how people remember.” She believes that resilient organizations are powered by people and fueled by purpose. Lisa Beth has had the opportunity to work with private and public companies, nonprofits, and professional organizations to put values into action.

A teacher at heart, Lisa Beth has always embraced opportunities to help grow and cultivate future leaders. She is happiest when surrounded by family, friends, and colleagues who want to make a difference and who rejoice in the successes of others. Fortunately, she has been able to combine her love of education, communication, and subject matter expertise into a career that keeps her excited about the art of possibility every day.

Stef Tschida spent 15 years working in all aspects of corporate communications before starting her own communications consultancy. She has supported some of the biggest organizations in some of the most highly regulated industries, but today Stef finds she’s most passionate about helping small and mid-sized companies clearly communicate to those who matter most to their success.

Stef’s professional motto is, “No stakeholder left behind,” and that’s exactly the promise she brings to her work. Stef has led public relations, client communications, and internal communications at regional and global levels, so she thinks about all relevant audiences when it’s time to communicate information. She holds a master’s of Strategic Communication from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and lives outside the Twin Cities metro area with her husband and two young kids.
