In this episode, I was lucky enough to interview Matt Watson, Founder, CEO, and CTO of Full Scale.
Matt grew up around entrepreneurial parents who ran a flea market business, he gained early exposure to the world of business and sales. His first venture, Venn Solutions, stemmed from a serendipitous encounter with a car dealer needing software assistance. This initial success led to the growth of Venn Solutions, which was later sold to Auto Trader.
Following the sale of Venn Solutions, Matt ventured into founding Stackify, a company that addresses software development challenges. Despite initial hurdles, Stackify grew into a successful venture, eventually being acquired by Netro. Matt's entrepreneurial spirit didn't stop there. He stumbled upon the idea for Full Scale while seeking cost-effective software development solutions for Stackify. Leveraging his experience and network, Matt established Full Scale, offering offshore development teams to startups and scale-ups, emphasizing long-term partnerships built on trust and reliability.
Matt highlighted the importance of trust in business transactions, emphasizing the value of relationships and referrals. Full Scale's approach is grounded in this principle, offering offshore development services and a trusted partnership for companies seeking sustainable growth and scalability.
